This facility stretches from Kitashinchi Station of JR and Nishi Umeda Station of subway towards the south. An underground passage nicknamed "Dotica" connects to the office district. On both sides of the 250m pathway about 60 restaurants and food vendors, pharmacies, convenience stores, engraved seal, shoe repair, business suit, massage, and other businesses can be found. The Centre was opened in 1966, one year after Subway Yotsubashi Line went into service. Since then it has remained a popular destination for officeworkers who pass to and from Nishiumeda and the business district.
