This is a sports and recreation hub in Hokusetsu, with a variety of facilities including an urban greening botanical garden, an outdoor music hall, a Japanese folk house museum, a horse riding center, and a swimming pool.
Flowers bloom in every season in the circular flower beds and urban greening botanical garden.
Renovations will begin in 2023, with new facilities opening one after another, including Starbucks, Lawson, and a futsal court!
