Ichioka Shrine

The god of wisdom is also enshrined here, and many people visit to pray for academic success.
It has long been known to the public as "Kaiei-gu" and "Gion-san," and enshrines Tatehayasu no O-no-Mikoto, Inadahime-no-Mikoto, and Hachioji-no-Mikoto as its main deities. The Kaikai-ji Temple ruins within the temple grounds are the remains of a temple from about 1,300 years ago, and are laid out in the Horyuji style, and are designated as a national historic site. The god of wisdom is also enshrined here, and many people visit to pray for academic success.
