Kamigata Onsen Ikkyu
The Ikkyu Onsen, located near Universal Studios Japan, uses 100 percent natural hot spring water. This hot spring spa facility boasts the largest open-air bath in the Kansai region and a world's first ultrafine particle mist sauna. Refresh yourself at this hot spring, after fully enjoying USJ.
The Ikkyu Onsen is divided into two areas: the Ki-no-yu (Wooden Bath) zone, featuring wooden baths, where you can enjoy the soothing scents and smooth texture of wood, and the Ishi-no-yu (Rock Bath) zone, featuring natural rock baths abounding with rustic charm. Visitors can enjoy various types of baths, such as the largest open-air bath in the Kansai region, a steam bath called Akakama-buro, based on minus ion flow, an ultra-fine particle mist sauna, and a salt steam bath. The Akakama-buro, ultra-fine particle mist sauna and salt steam bath, which are good for skin, are highly recommended, especially for women. In addition to various kinds of spa tubs, the facility boasts restaurants, massage rooms, a hair salon and a beauty care salon. Enjoy urban hot-spring experience at Ikkyu.
