Kaminotaishi Kanko Mikan park is the biggest in Kansai area. It's amazing to see a view from the top of the mikan mountain and you can't help but raise the bounce involuntarily.You can see the Akashi Kaikyo bridge from here when it's sunny and also see a town of Minami Kawachi very well. There is a BBQ space, athletic facilities and a maze for kids to have fun.
