Kawachi Konda Haniwa Village Okuraya
A facility where you can experience making haniwa. There is also a souvenir shop selling kofun and haniwa goods, and a kofun gallery. Okuraya's original haniwa bento lunch box is also recommended.
Okuraya is located in the heart of the Furuichi Kofun Group, and is close to the Emperor Ojin Mausoleum, Tombyama Kofun, and the Honda Shiratori Haniwa Production Site. 1,500 years ago, haniwa making was popular in this area, so why not try making your own? You can create your own wonderful original haniwa! We also sell Okuraya's original haniwa bento lunches with kofun and haniwa motifs, as well as souvenirs featuring kofun and haniwa!
