The large tree located within the Keihan Main Line's Kayashima Station is our shrine's giant camphor. The tree sticks up through the train platform and into the air, towering over its surroundings with an air of tranquility. When it was decided that the station would be built above the shrine as a result of construction on the elevated railway line, the tree and main shrine were left in place in keeping with the with the enthusiastic requests of locals. Reconstruction of the main hall and other buildings was completed with the help of numerous local donations. The site has been designated one of the "100 Selections of Osaka Green."
