Museum of Living (Ganko Hiranogo House)
This museum is located inside the Japanese restaurant "Ganko Hiranogo Yashiki" in Hirano Ward, Osaka City. It displays items that evoke Kawachi culture.
Ganko Hiranogo Yashiki is a renovated mansion that once flourished as a village headman's residence during the Edo period and is now a Japanese restaurant. Within the premises is the Museum of Living. Inside, traditional kimonos, pottery, hanging scrolls and other everyday items that evoke Kawachi culture are on display.
