The innovative and colorful building design, which can be recognized from afar, was created by Friedensreich Hundertwasser, a Viennese artist renowned for his environmentally friendly architecture. Plants extend from the roof, around the windows, and around the building, blending the entire structure into a lush green space. Plans are underway to turn the surrounding area into a green forest in the future, with fruit-bearing trees and a biotope pond being installed to provide habitat for birds and insects. Many people from all over the country visit to see the latest pollution prevention facilities and environmentally friendly equipment.
