10 minutes walk from Nankai Nishikinohama station.The total length is about 1 km that is spacious beach in Nishikinohama, Kaizuka city.Clamming is lifted around April to June every year and it's crowded with a lot of families.Admission fee is 1500 yen for adults and 750 yen for kids to enter the clamming fieldYou can take clams home 800g/adults and 400g/kids out of picked up shellfish.There is a rental for rakes. Enjoy seashell-gigging with your family when pleasant sea breeze of spring blows and play at the beach all day long and eat popular food at Nishikinohama such as Kaimeshi(clams rice) and Kainabe(a hot pot with clams) Please check Clamming calender which is released from Osaka Orefecture or Nishikinohama tourism association or 5th Regional Coast Guard Headquarters Oceanographic Department before you go out because seashell-digging since the optimal time zone is different depends on the tide.
