Nose Kaido
An old highway that runs from Nakatsu in Kita-ku, Osaka City, through Ikeda City, to Nose Myoken-gu Shrine and Kameoka.
During the Edo period, it was used as a highway for pilgrimages to Nose Myoken Shrine and for transporting products made in the Ikeda and Nose areas (chestnuts, rice, charcoal, silver, copper, etc.) to Osaka.
