It can accommodate approximately 3,000 people (1,945 seats, of which 1,834 are fixed, 111 are retractable, and the rest are lawn seats), and is equipped with sound and lighting facilities. It is widely used for various events, including music and lectures, such as the "Twilight Concert" organized by the Osaka Municipal Symphony Orchestra.
