It is conveniently located just 30 minutes from the city center, and is popular with many users. The terminal is home to restaurants and souvenir shops, and is bustling with families and other travelers. In addition, the observation deck on the rooftop of the fourth floor, which is free to enter, offers a panoramic view of the towns of Toyonaka, Itami, and Ikeda, as well as planes taking off and landing. It is especially popular as a date spot at twilight, when the sunset, planes taking off and landing, and runway lights intersect. Many events and product exhibitions are held here, making it a fun spot even for those not flying.
