Prefectural Forest (Muroike Green Cultural Park)
A nature park centered around Muroike pond with 2 walking trails,
the “Family Trail” and “Nature Trail”
A nature park (total 9 locations in prefecture) that has forests and facilities maintained by the Osaka government to commemorate the 100 year anniversary of the prefecture and for visitors to enjoy the rich nature of Kongo-Ikoma-Kisen Quasi-National Park.
Muroike park is a green cultural park in Shijonawate city, close to the “Green Cultural Park” which is a part of the athletic/accomodation/training facility in Mount Ikoma.
Centered around the quaint Muroike pond are 2 walking trails, the “Family Trail” and “Nature Trail.”
Visitors can also enjoy a view of the wet plants and wild birds.
