SEACLE opened in December 2007 as a large-scale commercial complex that can be enjoyed by people of all ages every day. It is conveniently connected directly to Rinku Town Station. It is home to a variety of attractive facilities, including the Rinku no Hoshi Ferris wheel, which offers a panoramic view of Kansai Airport, and the Rinku no Yu hot spring baths!
