Sakai Densho Museum

An exhibition, sales and experience facility that brings together all of Sakai's traditional industries.
At the TAKUMI SHOP on the first floor, you can purchase a wide variety of knives, from household knives to professional knives.
We sell traditional Sakai products, Japanese sweets, tea, and more.
On the second floor, "TAKUMI EXHIBITION" displays and introduces Chusen dyeing, Japanese bleaching, incense, kelp processing, mats, Japanese sweets, and Sakai May carp streamers.
We also hold demonstrations and experience events.
The Sakai Cutlery Museum "CUT" displays the history and manufacturing process of cutlery, as well as a wide variety of knives.
Another highlight is the "HIBANA" chandelier, made from the material of knives.
