Toretore Market is held every Saturday and Sunday at Sakai Dejima Fishing Port. Come empty-handed, rent a charcoal grill, buy fresh seafood, and enjoy a seafood barbecue.
Since 1995, the Toretore Market has been held as a place for local residents to interact with each other. It is held every Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Fresh seafood such as spring octopus, conger eel, grouper, sea bass, and hairtail are sold. Takomeshi (octopus rice with rice), crab soup, seafood bowls, and other dishes are sold, and you can also enjoy barbecues on a charcoal grill, making it a popular spot every week with many visitors.
