When you arrive in Osaka by Shinkansen, the first thing you should do is head to the tourist information center.
Sales of the Osaka Amazing Pass will end on March 31, 2024.

It is located at the Travel Service Center Shin-Osaka on the 3rd floor concourse of JR Shin-Osaka Station.
In addition to Osaka tourist information, we also provide information and sales of discounted tourist tickets.
JR There is also a ticket counter exclusively for inbound tourists from Western Japan.
