Takatsuki City is blessed with abundant nature, including the mountainous areas in the north, and has long been a key transportation hub, so it has many historical heritage sites nurtured by its long history. Currently, Takatsuki City is full of energy, with active events such as Takatsuki Jazz Street being held thanks to the combined efforts of local residents. At the information center just outside the central ticket gate of JR Takatsuki Station, you will find a wide selection of pamphlets and other materials.
Although Takatsuki City is located in an urban area, it still retains a rich natural environment in the Yodo River basin, including the mountainous areas in the north. As it has long been a key transportation hub, it has many historical heritage sites nurtured by its long history, and is a lively city with many events such as the Takatsuki Festival and Takatsuki Jazz Street, which bring together the efforts of its citizens. The information center is located just outside the central ticket gates of JR Takatsuki Station, which is about 15 minutes away from both JR Osaka Station and JR Kyoto Station.
