Our hotel's signature Baumkuchen, baked slowly in-house, is sliced and served right in front of our customers. Enjoy the fluffy texture and rich aroma that only freshly baked Baumkuchen can offer.
Furthermore, "Sukiyaki" will be available starting October 1st (Thursday).

Rex Cafe will be selling limited-time Halloween-themed sweets.
"Black Cat's Basque Tea" is a treat that harmoniously blends fragrant tea with rich cheese flavor. It will be available throughout the period. In September, "Pumpkin Sandwich," featuring pumpkin cream sandwiched between moist cookie dough, will be available, and from October, "Ghost's Gateau Chocolat," which offers a rich chocolate flavor, will be introduced.
