A seminar under the theme of food sustainability and the global theme of SDGs was held by Mr. Olivier Roellinger, top French chef, and Mr. Wakao Hanaoka, CEO of Seafood Legacy Co., Ltd. The current situation of marine resources conservation and measures for sustainability in Japan were presented as well as sample cases in developed countries and issues for environmental problems. The seminar was listened to attentively by a large number of participants involved with food.
