Mizutaki is a flavor born and nurtured in Hakata. Our restaurant serves our carefully prepared mizutaki using "Hanamidori," a brand of chicken raised in northern Kyushu. The rich chicken broth infuses the umami flavor as the ingredients are simmered, evolving into a richer, more savory taste. Furthermore, the ponzu sauce, an essential ingredient in mizutaki, is specially created to complement our mizutaki. We also have two sister restaurants in Umeda, Osaka: the Umeda Hilton Plaza branch and the Umeda Hilton Plaza Annex.
