Kawanishi Garden is located in Mino City’s Todoromi, a region of vast and rich nature. Here you’ll be able to try out potato digging and shiitake picking for yourself. There are also portable stoves available to rent, so you can cook up the shiitake mushrooms you've collected afterwards. Another option is to bring your own cooking supplies and use the farm’s barbecue area.
