Enjoy cosplay in Dotonbori, the fun-filled center of Osaka!
Did you know you can enjoy cosplay in Dotonbori, the heart of Osaka's Minami district? That's the "Acosta!@Dotonbori Cosplay Festival." This cosplay event is held twice a year (May and September) at the Tonbori River Walk. There's more to enjoy at the Acosta!@Dotonbori Cosplay Festival than just photography. You can board the Tombori River Cruise, which tours the Dotonbori River, dressed in cosplay! There are also shops where you can enter in cosplay, so you can enjoy taco yaki (grilled buns) or play at an arcade while still in cosplay, making it a great way to enjoy the city. The Acosta!@Dotonbori Cosplay Festival is held during the Dotonbori Spring Festival in May and the Dotonbori River Festival in September. In addition to cosplay, there's plenty to enjoy, including performances and stage performances. Be sure to take this opportunity to visit Dotonbori.
