Keihan’s Useful Passes
Keihan Railway offers a number of cost effective and easy rail passes for travelers to the Kansai region. If your base is in Kyoto or Osaka (Yodoyabashi or Kyobashi Station) use these passes to visit popular spots like Fushimi, Gion, Kiyomizu-dera Temple and Uji.
Keihan Railway offers the Kyoto-Osaka Sightseeing Pass as a one day or two day pass. For just 700 yen for one day, or 1000 yen for two days, visitors have unlimited travel between stations in Osaka and Kyoto on the Keihan Line. Use the Kyoto Sightseeing pass (500 yen per day) if you want to focus on Kyoto during your trip. Passes can be purchased online in advance, or at a variety of locations within Osaka and Kyoto including Kansai International Airport, once you arrive in Japan.
