Located south of the Kintetsu Department Store Abeno Main Branch, this shopping center caters to young women. With two basement floors and six aboveground floors, it boasts a total sales floor area of 13,647 square meters, housing approximately 50 stores, including famous Italian restaurants, famous fashion brands, and unique select shops. The name "Hoop" comes from the "Big Circle" that juts out from the top five and six floors of the building. At night, moving lights are projected from the base of the circle, creating a dynamic effect on the plaza in front of the building. The plaza is also paved with railroad ties, providing a space from which to view misty waterfalls and other sights, making it a popular venue for events, meetings, and breaks.
