Mount Iwawaki
In autumn, the summit is covered with a beautiful landscape known as "flowering pampas grass."
Iwawakiyama, which has no trees on its summit, is a beautiful mountain where you can see the rippling appearance of pampas grass covering the summit in autumn. There are several hiking trails, and the Iwawaki Road, which leads leisurely to the observation deck and the summit, offers beautiful cedar forests and mixed forests with autumn leaves. The Shikisaikan rest area on the mountainside also serves as a stopover point for hiking trails, so you can gather a variety of information here.
